Let's talk about the family. Are family gatherings a delight or a trial? Do you get on with your in laws or do they fit in well with your family? Should the family be responsible for supporting family members who fall on bad times? How are conflicts resolved? Is it acceptable to eject adult children from the family home to fend for themselves? Is it a good idea to do business with the family? Are family businesses a formula for success?
