The Reading Club will consider George Orwell's "Homage to Catalonia," on 27th and 28th April 2017. The text can be obtained here in the blog or ebooks loaded with the text can be borrowed from the library lending service.

In 1936 Eric Blair, a novelist, critic and political satirist known by the pseudonym George Orwell, went to Spain to write about the Spanish Civil War. This book is his eyewitness account of that conflict.
