Freedom of speech appears to be threatened with the misuse of anti terror legislation, designed to control extremist activity, being thrown at bloggers, twitter users, actors and writers in a flagrant waste of public resources to intimidate objectors in a way reminiscent of the inquisition. The sensation is that there is a hypocritical and biased approach in the judiciary in recent cases.
How free do you feel to express your opinion, tell jokes, publish cartoons or protest? Do you think there is a healthy climate of freedom of expression? Should internet trolls be criminalised?
