Graffiti; Is the writing on the wall conveying a message? Inspiring?
Or just mindless vandalism to be reviled whatever form it takes. Can graffiti, in all it's facets, be considered culture or an aerosol attack on our environment? Anyone, from Banksy (www.banksy.co.uk) to the kid on the corner with a spray can, can come and talk about it in English on Friday at 6.30. just ask at the information desk.
